Warranty Policy

5-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a five-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on this product.

📦 Covered Parts

This warranty covers the following components:

  • Trolley frame
  • Handles
  • Combination locks
  • Combination padlocks
  • Wheels
  • Zipper pullers

If the damage is deemed to be caused by a manufacturing defect (not misuse), the item may be repaired.

🔧 Repair & Charges

During the warranty period, repair workmanship is free of charge, but the cost of spare parts will apply as follows:

If original spare parts are discontinued, comparable alternatives or different colors may be used.
 If no parts are available, the product may be deemed non-repairable.

📲 Before Your Repair

Please contact us via WhatsApp in advance to confirm part availability.
If parts need to be ordered, the repair lead time may take up to three weeks.

🛠️ Service Process & Collection Policy

All repairs must be handled by our repair service center only.
 Retail shops and department store counters do not handle repairs.

After repair is completed, you will receive a WhatsApp notification.
 Repaired luggage must be picked up within seven (7) days of notification.
 A storage fee of HK$50 per week will apply for uncollected items after the grace period.

❌ Warranty Exclusions

  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, or color fading
  • Damage caused by contact with water, chemicals, solvents, or acids
  • Misuse, neglect, impact, or overloading
  • Damage caused by airlines or other transport carriers
  • Frame breakage, dents or deformation, burst zippers, or stitching issues
  • Cases where parts are discontinued and cannot be repaired

✈️ For damage caused during transport, please file a claim directly with the carrier immediately after arrival.
