Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and convenient. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery options for customers in Hong Kong.
1. Store Pickup (Free)
You can choose to pick up your order from any of our 24 store locations across Hong Kong.
Details:

Processing Time: Orders will be ready for pickup within 2 business days.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has arrived at your selected location.

Pickup Window: We will hold your order at the selected store for 14 calendar days.

If not collected within 14 days, your order will be sent back to our warehouse in Tsuen Wan, where it will be available for pickup for an additional 14 days.
2. Home Delivery Within Hong Kong
We offer home delivery to most areas in Hong Kong.
Delivery Charges:

Free shipping on orders HK$800 or above.

A flat HK$85 delivery fee applies to orders below HK$800.
Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery is made Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Our logistics team will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time in advance.
Delivery Coverage:
We deliver to addresses across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and most outlying islands accessible by motor vehicle.
Outlying Islands (Special Arrangements):

Delivery available to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Mui Wo, and Peng Chau.

Delivery is only available within 500 meters from the unloading point.

Additional lead time and surcharge may apply for remote areas. Please contact us in advance for details.
Staircase/No Elevator Charges:

If no elevator is available, a surcharge of HK$10 per floor (up to 8 floors) applies and is to be paid directly to the delivery staff.

Ground floor delivery is free.
3. Missed Deliveries or Changes

Please notify us at least 2 working days in advance if you need to reschedule your delivery.

In case of a missed delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are needed.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we expand our services.
5. Order Tracking & Support
You’ll receive a tracking number or confirmation message once your order is dispatched or ready for pickup.
