Quality Issue

If you discover a manufacturing defect or damage, contact us at hello@sojournandkin.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange for inspection. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same item or one of equal value.

Exchanges cannot be accepted if the issue is caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Change of Mind

Exchanges for a different product are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Personalized or monogrammed items cannot be exchanged.
